Bakery R&D Technologist

We are currently recruiting for a Bakery R&D Technologist. We need someone to join our on-site bakery team to carry out scientific baking trials, including the use of extensive analytical equipment, to solve our customers’ baking challenges as well as to help develop new and novel raising agents. Our test bakery and laboratory is the hub of our business and the bakery team work closely with all areas of the business including chemists, food quality and safety, operations and sales.

Quality and Technical Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Quality and Technical Coordinator. Your key accountability will be to assist the Head of Quality in maintaining the Quality Management System in line with BRCGS for food safety. You will drive continual improvement to customer services, food production standards and technical standards and process and respond to customer queries where required. Your time will be split between the office and the factory.
