KUDOS™ Potassium Bicarbonate FFQ HP Grade
KUDOS™ Potassium Bicarbonate FFQ HP Grade is designed for use in dough and bread products where the low liquid content results in less water being available to hydrate the ingredients.
A very fine particle size is essential to ensure rapid solubility for homogenous dispersion and subsequent full gas release. This leaves no unreacted potassium bicarbonate, eliminating dark spots and maximising product volume. The unique hydrophobic nature of this product allows for maximum stability as palletised material and when used in bakery blends.
