KUDOS™ Potassium Bicarbonate HP Grade is suitable for all applications, including bakery concentrates, premixes and blends. It has been developed using unique technology to provide maximum stability as both palletised material and when included in both pre mixes and baking powder blends.
The optimum particle size leaves no unreacted potassium bicarbonate ensuring product volume is maximised.
