Kudos Blends provides salt reduction solutions at the FIE 2011
Director, Dinnie Jordan lectured at the “Bakery Trends and Innovations” module at the FIE 2011 about sodium reduction options in the baking industry. This module, which was sponsored by Kudos Blends, covered a wide range of topical issues in the baking industry, but was very focused on sodium reduction and the new and innovative solutions that are available to bakers.

American Association of Cereal Chemists (AACC) Annual Meeting and exhibition
The AACC Annual Meeting and Exhibition was another successful event for us. As part of the Salt Reduction Module, Dinnie Jordan, Managing Director, Kudos Blends gave a lecture on sodium reduction trends in the UK, which offered the audience an interesting comparison between trends in the UK and the US.

Open Day and Sodium Reduction Conference
Our open day and sodium reduction conference proved the perfect way to celebrate the official opening of our £750,000 milling and blending facility.
