FIE is one of the world’s largest food ingredients exhibitions attracting manufacturers from all around the world. We are excited to be part of the 25th anniversary exhibition and we are sponsoring the “Bakery Trends and Innovations” section.

Dinnie Jordan, founder and director of Kudos Blends, will give a lecture on “Reducing the salt content of sweet bakery products by 50% to meet salt reduction targets.” Dinnie will address the hidden sources of sodium in sweet baked goods and explore the solutions that are available to bakers. The intricate synergistic relationship of sodium and potassium on the health of individuals will also be addressed.
