At our office in Cleobury Mortimer, England, we will be hosting a Salt Reduction Conference on 8th September 2011. We have attended a number of conferences around the world during 2011 and we thought it was time to host our own.
Salt reduction is something that we are passionate about and Dinnie Jordan, Managing Director at Kudos Blends is a thought leader on the subject, providing insight into worldwide trends and offering practical solutions to the challenges facing the baking industry.
This conference is an opportunity for Kudos Blends to bring together all the parties involved in reducing the salt content in baked products. Cindy Beeren from Leatherhead Food Research is a guest speaker at the conference and with bakers, analysts, press and chemists attending, there will be a broad range of expertise at the conference which will undoubtedly stimulate lively discussion and debate about the major issues facing the industry.
